Welcome to UWM. We're excited to be your new mortgage servicer. It's easy to manage your UWM mortgage online. Here's what you need to know about getting your account up and running.


All you need is your loan number, social security number, and property zip code to create a username and password now.


Whether you prefer to make payments by mail, phone, or online, we have a convenient payment option for you. You can even setup automatic monthly withdrawals (AutoPay) and stop needing to keep track of your due date each month.


We'll send your first statement within thirty days of your loan being funded.

If you want to see it as soon as possible, create your online account now. After you sign in, you can see your electronic statements as soon as they become available. We recommend signing up for Paperless to receive and manage your statements 100% electronically. It's free, secure, and good for the planet.


An escrow account is a separate account you fund with a portion of your regular monthly payment. We use your escrow funds to pay your property tax and homeowner’s insurance bills for you. This saves you the time and hassle of managing each of these bills and payments.

You may have been required to open a new escrow account as part of your loan agreement. If not, you may have chosen to open one anyway to simplify staying on top of your tax and insurance payments.

To view and manage your escrow account, simply click the “Escrow” button on the left after signing in to your account.
